The property will have 5 floors of office with floorplates ranging from 23,000 - 33,000 sf with 360-degree views of the Texas hill country. There will be one level of subterranean executive parking underneath the building with 72 spaces, a separate parking structure with approximately 518 spaces connected by a subterranean tunnel and 15 surface spaces for a ratio of approximately 4.0 per 1,000 sf.
